The best way to check your order status is by using the chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of our website. 

1. Select "Track and manage my orders".
2. Enter the email or number used to purchase then the verification code we send you via email or SMS.
3. From there, you should be able to see your order history with tracking for shipped orders.
